Wild workouts

I just have to watch this video once to feel like leaping out of my chair and running out the door. It also encompasses a lot of what Wildfitness is about (see my other blog post). Sometimes running, jumping, swimming and climbing outdoors is the best antidote to being cooped up in an office (or house, or city), and taps into our true nature to be wild.

If you’re not lucky enough to live near forests, rivers and mountains (probably most of us, then), you can head to your nearest park and do your workout there. It’ll be much more effective, and you’ll be breathing in nice, clean air too. Not sure about writhing around on my belly though…
